Instructions:
1. Click on the link to open the document.
2. PLEASE MAKE A LOCAL COPY FOR YOUR FILES. You are free to do with this doc whatever you'd like, please just help me not become apoplectic by changing the source doc here. I am not the best with tech and this is the best I could do for now.

Gentle reminder: I wrote the story in a little over 48 hours. I wanted to get out something to all of you that would be of use during these times of remote instruction AND be a springboard for discussion, in whatever way that happens. The story does not really have a clear ending. I did that purposefully as I don't know what is going to happen with this situation, and also, I wanted to provide you another jumping off point to continue the story with your students if you so choose.

Due to the timing and my wish to get this resource out to you as quickly as possible, unlike my other published books, this one did not go through the rigorous rounds of edits. Please keep that in mind when you are reading. As this is a free resource, please change it/alter it to fit your needs (AFTER YOU MAKE A LOCAL COPY!!). And thank you in advance for giving me the credit due.

I really hope that this story will provide a lot for you to use with your students while you're not together.

And, if you come up with extra resources to share surrounding the story, please post them in my Facebook group: World Language Teaching Stories.

Un abrazote,
